Meatless beef teriyaki. You can’t get more Asian and, above all, more delicious with these delicious mushrooms. Sliced shiitake and oyster mushrooms with lots of Asian flavourings such as teriyaki sauce, red pepper and chives. Imagine yourself in Japan with this versatile base for Asian dishes.

 

Recipe

Heat the pan with a bit of olive oil on high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the red pepper into small cubes.

When the mushrooms start to shine add the red pepper and teriyaki sauce.

Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Chop the chives in advance and add them.

Ready to serve

 

Serving tip: lovely with noodles, rice or pasta
