Meatless beef teriyaki. You can’t get more Asian and, above all, more delicious with these delicious mushrooms. Sliced shiitake and oyster mushrooms with lots of Asian flavourings such as teriyaki sauce, red pepper and chives. Imagine yourself in Japan with this versatile base for Asian dishes.
Recipe
1. Heat a pan over high heat with olive oil.
2. Poke a hole in the center of the portobello with a cocktail stick to allow the liquid to drain out during frying, then place it in the pan.
3. Use half the sachet of seasoning for the top and the rest for the
bottom.
4. Grill both sides for 5 minutes on high heat.
5. Finally, sprinkle the dill over the burgers and fry for 1 minute.
6. Ready to serve.
