Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms with a brush or cloth. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the parsley and mash the garlic.
Cook the baby potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes and season with olive oil, parsley, pepper and salt.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika and paprika powder gently. After 4 minutes add the tomato paste and heat it for another 2 minutes. Now add the vegetable stock and reduce to sauce thickness. Finally add the crème fraîche.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the pork fillet steaks over medium heat. Then fry the meat alternately brown for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the baby potatoes, pork fillet steaks and stroganoff sauce on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
