Fresh shoarma made with mushrooms. Tastier, healthier and more sustainable than its meaty counterpart. We’ve cut the largest oyster and portobello mushrooms into perfect strips. With fresh parsley, sliced red onion and delicious herbs, you’ll have a delicious meal in no time.

 

Recipe

1. Heat a bit of (olive) oil in a frying pan.

2. Add the mushrooms and red onion and fry on high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown.

3. Meanwhile, chop the parsley as finely as possible and add it with the spice mix and fry for another 4 minutes.

4. Ready to serve.
