Recipe
1. Heat a grill pan on high heat with olive oil.
2. Grill the eryngiisteak slices for 3 min per side until they are nicely browned.
3. Finely chop the oregano leaves and cook them for a few minutes.
4. Place the pesto steaks on a plate and spread the pesto evenly.
5. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Ready to serve!
